The first sip reveals a rich, spicy taste with hints of citrus. The aftertaste reveals the mildly sweet, warm flavour of gentian and liquorice. Many of the spices and flavours from traditional Beerenburger: orange peel, angelica, liquorice, blessed thistle, gentian, centaury and bay leaf.
