Responsibilities

• To implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• To lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and regular evaluations
• To identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building
• To generate accurate sales forecasts and report on a regular basis
• To conduct market research and analysis

Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• A demonstrable track record of success in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal
• At least 2 years’ experience managing a sales team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
